Acoustics laboratory Dorius

Acoustics laboratory Dorius (from Latin Dorius: Dorian musical mode) is a small studio that specializes in the individual design and manufacture of acoustic systems. The history of the laboratory began in 2008 after the release of the A-1 "Spiral" omnidirectional horn acoustics with a very unusual design. Soon Dorius received a patent of the Russian Federation for the invention of a new method of multi-chamber acoustic design.

In the following years multi-chamber technology, which delivers incredibly clear and deep bass from small speakers, has been perfected in dozens of home theater and stereo projects. Particular attention is paid not only to sound, but also to the appearance of acoustics: the production base of the laboratory can realize the most daring forms and the most complex types of finishes.

The laboratory celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2023 with the release of a new modular line "Cyclone" with a number of innovative tricks for good sound: aperiodic transmission design (patent pending), record low distortion.
